“Since joining the Buskerteers (Portsmouth) I have a lovely new set of friends. After every session you feel on a natural high. The session are uplifting and fun…You can go along to public busking events which raise money for charities and the Buskerteers social events are a good way of seeing different parts of the country. I would highly recommend going to the free taster session.”

Welcome to those without musical experience
Don’t worry if you don’t have previous singing or musical experience. All you need is a can-do attitude and we can teach you the rest - if you can talk, you can sing. Our professional, trained musicians will be with you every step of the way to help you improve every week.
We know it can be scary to sing in front of people so that’s why we’ll never make you sing on your own. You’ll always sing in groups, with friendly people supporting you.
